About Venue

The Garden Museum a museum dedicated to the history of gardening. The majority of our venue hire occurs outside of our visitor hours. We have a beautiful courtyard garden that can be hired with the restaurant space (wet weather option). For larger events we recommend the Nave (main events hall) which can be hired with the courtyard garden and restaurant or just on its own. Clients love the contrast from the modern courtyard garden space with all glass sides versus the ancient Nave. The Nave was formally the church of St Marys of Lambeth. We are a dry hire venue, meaning we work with a list of accredited caterers, florists, production and entertainment providers to bring together our clients vision for their event.

This space boasts natural light. We have doors that slide over from the restaurant onto the courtyard garden. This space is perfect for standing drinks and canape receptions for 120 guests or fewer. The restaurant can be set for dining, with 1 or 2 long tables overlooking the Garden for up to 40 guests.
