The recipe for The Perseverance starts with a passion for fine alcohol, expertly blended with contemporary mixology, finished with a sprig of tradition and served in a tall glass of good times.
We are proud to offer a curated library of some of the rarest spirits sourced from local London distilleries and spirit makers from the farthest corners of the globe. Our cocktail menu features a wide array of timeless classics, as well as a collection of imaginative modern twists and signature creations, such as Clarified Pornstar Martini, or Kentucky Butter made with butter-washed buffalo trace bourbon.
Our team of expert mixologists will be happy to share their knowledge, educate a curious drinker on the art of mixology or, for those feeling adventurous, suggest something new to try. A delicious cocktail with pomegranate from a menu just released that day! The owner was lovely and apparently makes the drink recipes herself, and staff was so lovely. I got the winter breeze before which was also good, but the crimson __ was actually amazing.
