We are having a wonderful birthday celebration thanks to the amazing receptionist. She is warm, attentive, and even surprises us with a lovely upgrade for my friend’s birthday. Excellent service! It is truly a beautiful hotel and thank you again.

Right in the middle of London, excellent location. Front desk service was very accommodating and friendly. Our rooms were clean but dated as one of the bathrooms was stained from apparent overuse. The rooms were clean and functional. We were able get to all of our planned destinations from this hotel. The local food options are enormous, we even tried the hotels new bar and restaurant which was an added bonus. This is a great consideration for any stay in London.

Well hands down a great experience. The hotel was nice. Clean and very close to a good amount of attractions. As for the staff, super amazing so nice. Very helpful from setting up taxi's to just plan question. But the gentleman running the Executive club area was superb. He gave us tips and history lessons on London and overall was a great person to me and my family. Wonderful place to stay.

Just a quick one night stay but we were super impressed, the customer service on the desk was spot on, couldn’t fault it & the ambience was friendly & had a nice buzz. The room was more than adequate, a good size, very clean & nice & quiet. My only slight disappointment was the bed, you could feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows were a little flat. It wouldn’t put me off staying here again though, in fact it’s my new go to hotel when in London. The location is superb! Just across the road from London Bridge station and seconds from some great shops & restaurants.

This is a great hotel. The staff are genuinely so great, everyone is so kind and helpful. Starting at check in Victoria was able to hook us up with rooms hours before check in - which was literally so incredible after a red eye flight from the us. Maria in the executive lounge was so kind to our family every night and made you feel completely at home. The executive lounge has a beautiful terrace with a gorgeous city view. The hotel is in a great location with tons of things within an easy walking distance. Nice, clean rooms. My ONLY complaint is that the beds are very hard.
