I had an incredible experience at The Londoner. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Andrea, the hostess, gave me such a warm welcome and set the tone for the evening. Rigo, the manager, made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to check in with us. Barbara, the sommelier, was not only professional but also made the wine pairing experience really enjoyable and insightful. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The location itself is perfect, with an elegant atmosphere that matches the quality of the service and cuisine. Overall, I would give this experience a 10 out of 10. I can’t recommend The Londoner enough and look forward to returning.

Our stay at The Londoner was made extra special by Janeka at the front desk. She went above and beyond, securing us a room with a stunning view of Leicester Square and providing fantastic recommendations for our time in London. She even checked in with us daily to ensure our stay was perfect, which was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. Beyond her amazing service, the hotel itself is superb. We loved the well-equipped gym and the small yoga room. The restaurant served consistently flavorful food, and the overall service from all staff was top-notch from the minute we walked in. The lounge service was also a great perk. Thank you, Janeka, for making our stay so memorable!

We stayed at The Londoner for our honeymoon and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Every member of the team was so welcoming and genuinely caring, which made our stay feel really special. The service was outstanding — when I mentioned that I couldn’t use my hairdryer because the bathroom sockets were for shavers only, the staff immediately brought an extension cord. Little touches like that made all the difference. The breakfast, guest lounge, rooftop bar, pool, and spa were all beautiful, spotless, and relaxing. The hotel’s location is also fantastic — right in the heart of London, surrounded by great restaurants, theatres, and things to do. Everything about the hotel felt luxurious but still warm and inviting. Highly recommend. We will return - thank you!

The Londoner is an absolutely stunning hotel, truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. It has everything you could possibly wish for, a beautiful spa area, multiple restaurants, a top tier room service menu and even an in-house hair and makeup studio where you can book appointments before dinners or special events. Every detail feels thought throughly and elevated. Our room was beyond amazing, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows and duvets were on a whole other level. We honestly slept like two princesses. The overall design felt luxurious yet cozy, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was magical, served in a beautiful setting with both à la carte options and a small buffet selection. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel genuinely cared for. We also ordered room service for both breakfast and dinner, and it was excellent, quick delivery, delicious food and surprisingly fair prices for the quality. Every meal felt like it had that extra touch of care. As a sweet surprise, the hotel gifted us their own tea and chocolates to take home, such a thoughtful and charming gesture that perfectly summed up the entire experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in London that combines comfort, elegance and world class service, The Londoner is the place to be. Highly recommended! 💫🇬🇧

We had cocktails at the lobby bar of The Londoner Hotel on Friday night, and it was a fantastic experience. As always, the service was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and professional. The cocktail selection was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. We enjoyed gin & tonics, White Russians, and an amazing Old Fashioned — all perfectly prepared. There was live music by a talented female pianist, which really elevated the atmosphere. It felt almost like a private performance in a luxurious living room. A perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the evening. Thank you to the team for making it such a memorable night!
