Amazing experience, being able to my take dog to watch a film - dog lovers you gotta try it! Thank you to staff so friendly and accommodating with a water bowl and even safe kept the toy we left behind.

1st cinema visit in over 10 years. Wide sofa seats..choice of food and drink is made by you at venue and very comfy feel. Really good value.

Great cinema in Kingston. Its smaller size means it’s more intimate and the seats are very cosy and you get drinks and food served to you. They have also a pizzeria and and very beautiful rooftop bar.

This review is to praise the amazing staff at Curzon Kingston. My husband lost his phone while watching a film and was in a stressful state with the thought of having lost his phone. We went back straight way and one of staff told us to wait for the manager, as he'd have a look around. The lovely manager spoke to us, asked what the phone looked like and ... bingo! He had the phone in his hands!! We're tremendously grateful for their actions and for giving my husband his phone back! Outside this nice gesture, Curzon Kingston staff are always very polite and helpful. I had enjoyed a lovely double espresso earlier on made by a charming and nice young man. I strongly recommend the Curzon Kingston for watching a film with comfort, nice food and for the whole experience!

Went to Curzon Cinema in Kingston today. The film was great and the seats were very comfortable. However, there were some real letdowns: • They were having a training day so the bar was not open. A trained member of staff was standing there on her phone, but surely one person could have been serving as it was not busy. • I was not aware that on weekdays you cannot order from your seat. When I asked, a manager very rudely told me “it is on the website.” If it is, it certainly was not clear. Other staff were polite and apologetic. • Drinks had to be ordered from the café two floors down, which is not convenient during a film. In the end, I just had the free bottle of water provided as it would have taken too long to go back. For the higher ticket price compared to other cinemas, it did not feel worth the extra money. I would have preferred a simple box of popcorn and some drinks to enjoy with the film, but the experience fell short.
