I have stayed in this hotel regularly for the past 3 years as it’s the best affordable hotel around London Bridge. I’ve stayed in a few others and none compare to the comfort and cleanliness of this one. The staff at reception are always very welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had a bad stay here. Location is great, 7 min walk from London Bridge tube station, Borough Market and lots of good restaurants and bars round the corner. And just a short walk from the Thames to go for a nice walk.

I really like the Hotel. It is directly situated behind Borough Market, London bridge station is 10 mins walking distance. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean and comfy. So can't say anything negative, really good starting point if you visiting London.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel as I received an upgrade to the superior suite as its Guest of the Day – it was truly a memorable experience! I couldn't believe my eyes when I entered the suite! I enjoyed every moment and was so impressed by the exceptional service and the amazing design of this place! Moreover the breakfast was delicious! I can definitely recommend it and will come back for future London visits!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near tourist attractions yet also ideal for business trips. The hotel itself is absolutely charming, with a unique and cozy atmosphere that made my stay extra special. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I appreciated being able to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made my travel plans much smoother. My room was clean, quiet, and beautifully themed—I stayed in the Wizard of Oz room, which was such a fun and whimsical touch! It really added to the overall charm of the hotel. The breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations. It was a joy to start each morning with such a wide variety of options—from fresh vegetables and fruits to croissants and even vegan choices. There was truly something for everyone. The only minor thing I missed was a hairdryer in the room, but that’s just a small detail in an otherwise flawless stay. Kudos to the entire hotel team—great job! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to return.

Five-Star Review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a wonderful 20-day stay at this hotel, right in the vibrant heart of London. The hotel is extremely clean, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything spotless. It gives you a warm, cozy feeling — like a home away from home. The staff are absolutely amazing — they truly make you feel like family and are always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of vegetarian options and even gluten-free cake — a rare and much-appreciated touch! As for the location, it's perfect — close to everything: London Bridge, the Tube, and the Euro Market. Getting around and exploring the city was super easy and convenient. Thank you for a beautiful stay… it was an unforgettable experience, and I’ll definitely be back! 💛
