Had a Wonderful time at Rosa ana! Our server Sudha was exceptional. She was so kind and welcoming 😁 I would highly suggest the vegetable biriyani as it was absolutely delicious! Thank you Sudha for making my self and my partners 5 year anniversary so special !😄😄😄

Gerry was the lady who served our family group tonight. She was very friendly and helpful, and helped us feel welcome, even with three energetic kids under 6 yrs old demanding entertainment. The food was really good, especially the regional specialties menu! Good portion size, great flavours. And, we made the most of the cocktail happy hour too! Including the four cocktail rounds for the 6 adults, our bill for the 9 strong group cost £62 approx. per adult. Great value considering we departed replete and couldn't have eaten any more.

Walk in on Friday evening at 07:00 pm, the restaurant was fairly empty but within an hour was bustling with patrons; next time I'll book in advance. The menu is interesting, pork and beef are on the menu; not typical from any Indian restaurant. There was only one person waiting table, he was constantly apologising for the delay in receiving our starter, I didn't think 15 minutes was excessive. The scallops were flavoursome and the subtle taste of Indian spices. The main dishes were another 15 minutes and the food arrived piping hot. I had the pork vindaloo, the meat was chunky but dry and the sauce devilishly spicy and subtly sweet; very tasty. The whole experience was pleasant, I will revisit to sample the beef dish.

It's always lovely to catch up with old friends, and the service at dinner certainly contributed to a pleasant evening. However, I must express my disappointment with the food, especially considering the price. A single lamb chop for £10 felt rather steep, and the butter chicken was essentially plain chicken with a sauce poured over it, lacking the richness and depth I'd expect. Similarly, the goat curry appeared to be pre-cooked goat simply tossed in a sauce, rather than simmered to tender perfection. And sadly, the lacha parathas were a letdown—flat, dry, and missing the distinct layers that make them so enjoyable. While the company was great and the service attentive, the culinary experience left much to be desired. I don't foresee this becoming a regular spot for me.

If I’m honest, the food was great for the price you pay. Don biryani wasn’t great and small portion for £19 Chickpea side dish was too spicy and overpowered all the other dishes. The cauliflower dish was the best dish out of the lot. If I’m honest, McDonalds would have been better than paying £22 per person and. Or enjoy it. For me if you want Punjabi food, this is not the place to go
