Should the Hirer cancel the booking, the following charges will apply: Up to 45 days before the Event - 50% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 45 days before the Event - 75% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 30 days before the Event - 100% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 48 hours from the Event - 100% of the Estimated Event Cost

Such a lovely place for a quick drink or a gorgeous meal, staff are super friendly and helpful and it has amazing sights around Hyde park and Marble arch

Thanks so much to the x+why team for hosting our SLT offsite! The room was perfect with lots of space and easy to connect to the TV with support from the team. The food was also really great! This is the second event I have attended here and would highly recommend for a small meeting and also larger events.
