Whether you want a relaxed and informal event or chic and intimate affair, The Rosendale can help you create the big day you have always dreamt of.
Once a Victorian coaching inn, The Rosendale is located in the leafy village of Dulwich.
This majestic pub exudes a handsome elegance and features a large bar and dining area, three enchanting gardens for drinking and dining as well as two equally stunning private rooms.
Food and Drink
Food is hearty and seasonal, made from locally sourced ingredients. Our head chef has created a predominately British pub menu of the best locally sourced ingredients including meat from our very own Locks Drove Farm in Hampshire.
Equal thought has been put into drinks, from the British brewed ales and ciders to the extensive wine list that includes over 20 international bins available by the glass and carafe.
The West and East Rooms
Exclusively hire either of our private rooms as well as our alfresco areas.
The West Room can seat up to a 100 and 160 for a reception whilst the more intimate East Room can host up to 20 guests for dinner and 40 guests for a cocktail party.
We can also help with other elements such as flowers, entertainment and photography.

We popped in on a Tuesday (school) night looking for somewhere to have a decent meal but quickly. The Rosendale is always a trusty choice and I can't say enough about the staff. Always friendly, attentive and quick to help. The food is always excellent in quality and great choice of drinks on offer.

We had such a wonderful birthday celebration with all the family yesterday with small children included. The staff were brilliant and made us all feel so comfortable and looked after. The food was excellent - the best pub food I’ve had for a long time and reasonably priced. Lovely spacious atmospheric traditional London pub. Our first time at the Rosendale and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks to everyone at the Rosendale!

Cannot say a big enough thank you to the Rosendale staff for making our wedding such a joyful, relaxed and memorable day! So many of our guests raved about the food - we had a 3 course dinner in the daytime, and a buffet for 100 people in the evening. The organisation around the food was second to none, everything was beautiful and delicious, and people are still talking about the mini pies... Oscar and the team made sure the day ran so smoothly, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy every moment. Oscar talked us through everything in advance, and made sure every detail was accounted for. We also want to say a HUGE thank you to the person running the evening (I'm so sorry we did not catch your name!), who fixed a broken lightbulb problem and still ensured everyone ate on time, and the bar staff who even had a dance at the end and helped us with everything right up to packing leftover cake into our taxi. Thank you for everything!!
