About Venue

The oldest hotel on Park Lane, five-star Grosvenor House offers some of the most impressive large-scale event space in London. Sprawling across 3,900sq m, the Mayfair hotel can host over 350 events a year. In 2016 it was treated to a refurb. The Great Room is popular for award ceremonies, while the striking Court Suite allows smaller groups to dine beneath chandeliers. Self-contained events facility 86 Park Lane has 20 well-equipped function rooms over a single floor. Our favourites among the smaller spaces are the stylish Royal Hyde Park Suite, which works as a meeting or dining room, and the wood-panelled Harcourt Suite.

My 11 year old daughter daughter and I went to Park Room for an afternoon tea. We had a great experience from Harry and Herlyn. They were extremely chipper and friendly. The best that one would expect at Grosvenor House Hotel. Will definitely be back again soon! Made my daughter feel special and happy. Place is very children friendly.

My wife and I stayed at Grosvenor House recently and it was our second time staying there. You really can’t beat the location. Mayfair is lovely and Hyde Park is right across the street, so if you enjoy getting your steps in it’s easily achievable. There are a few tube stops within walking distance. Oxford Street is nearby as well, but personally I’d rather light my face on fire than walk down that street in the middle of summer. Too crowded. All of this to say: you’re in the heart of central London and you won’t find it hard to find stuff to do (or get to wherever it is you have to go). A quick shout out to the staff. They’re excellent. My wife injured herself on one of our evening strolls (she rolled her ankle and was in a lot of pain our first night). The night staff were more than accommodating making sure we had ample ice and also sending one of their security/medical personnel up to wrap her ankle. They went out of their way to check in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Every staff person we passed greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. It truly is a great place to stay.

From the moment I stepped through the elegant entrance on Park Lane, I was welcomed by attentive staff offering warm greetings and impeccable service. The lobby’s grandeur with its chandeliers, classic columns, and subtly modern touches strikes the perfect balance between timeless elegance and contemporary comfort. My room was plush and beautifully appointed, with luxurious linens, a spacious desk area, and large windows providing a lovely view over the gardens. The marble bathroom and high end toiletries added to the overall indulgence. What stood out most was the staff’s attention to detail. From the concierge who secured us tickets at the last minute to the discreet housekeeping team, their professionalism and genuine friendliness elevated our entire stay. Dining options were exceptional. The American Bar offered expertly crafted cocktails and a charming atmosphere perfect for evening unwinding. And the in-house restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with both hearty and healthy options, beautifully presented and always fresh. The hotel’s prime location made exploring London a breeze. Close to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and the tube, everything felt easily within reach, whether sightseeing, shopping, or enjoying an evening out. All in all, JW Marriott Grosvenor House blends refined luxury, outstanding service, and a quintessentially London location. I would definitely recommend it and will be returning when I’m next in town.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel is outstanding. Every single employee that we met has been fabulous. Polite, efficient, and very helpful. I especially enjoyed meeting Joseph in the executive lounge. He could not have been more helpful and kind. You will certainly be returning.
