I went for a private event, the staff were professional and courteous, the cocktais are generous and look great. The ambience is great. Id recommend it. Although as I say I was there for a private event. I received one drink coupon so my spend was low.

I had a horrible experience at Maddox and I would never recommend it, especially for women. The lady at the door was extremely rude and had the worst customer service. Inside, I was harassed by a man who approached me even though I wasn’t anywhere near his table. After repeatedly asking him to leave me alone, I went to security for help. Instead of protecting me, the security guard defended him because he had a table and even asked me to move away, even though I was standing in the middle of the club. It was one of the worst nights I’ve ever had. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and clearly don’t care about their guests’ safety or comfort. Maddox should remember that their guests are the reason they exist. If you want to go somewhere that actually treats people with respect, go to Dear Darling or the Scotch. They are much better in every way.
