Mouhamadou provided an exceptional housekeeping service. The room was consistently spotless, well-organized, and refreshed daily with care and attention to detail. Towels were always clean and neatly arranged, toiletries were replenished without having to ask, and the bed was made to perfection every day. I was impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. He was respectful of my space, always smiling, and accommodating with any special requests I had. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about guest comfort. Overall, the housekeeping team truly enhanced my stay and helped make it feel like a home away from home. Highly commendable service!

Whoa!! This place is absolutely stunning!! Beautiful views of the river! The staff is so incredible, super friendly!! We enjoyed going to the 02 arena for food and some entertainment. The uber boat was nice being so close to the hotel we took that all the way to London eye to visit touristy attractions. Made navigating super easy. Also the tube station is super close walking distance but since we were on vacation we enjoyed the uber boat way more. Looking forward to coming back!!

This hotel is perfect if you're visiting the 02 or something nearby. The staff were lovely. The room exactly what you'd expect with a very comfy bed that led to a great night's sleep. The hotel connects straight to the 02 by a short walkway so it's really easy to go in and out. Breakfast was extremely busy (morning after Peter Kay!) but was handled really well and although we had to queue, it moved quickly and the food was replenished well enough that we didn't have to wait for anything once we were seated. The food was standard breakfast buffet fare and very tasty.

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

The Intercontinental O2 is undeniably impressive. Its location, perfectly placed for both the O2 Arena and Canary Wharf, makes it ideal whether you’re in town for a show or a business trip. The lobby is grand and beautifully designed, immediately setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The gym is well equipped, and the breakfast spread is genuinely fantastic: varied, fresh, and well worth waking up for. My room was spacious, clean, and well presented, but if I’m honest, it lacked the same luxury touch that runs through the rest of the hotel. It felt slightly disconnected in style and instead, more functional than refined. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would absolutely recommend the hotel. But the mismatch between room and rest of the hotel luxury means I’m holding back on a full five star rating this time.

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced and It was on my wedding day. I had called ahead to ask if there was somewhere to take pictures on the day and was told the sky bar was available, I double tripled check and let them know it was our special day and was told it’ll be handled. Upon arrival the hotel team had no acknowledgment of any of the requests. When asked when we could go up to take pictures we was told it was required to be requested by email and there was a £500 hire fee oh also the sky bar is closed. And if we want to take pictures anywhere in the hotel with a professional camera there’s a £500 charge. None of this was notified to us over the phone and to be frank, the general manager just didn’t look like he cared. When I asked is there somewhere he could suggest we could take pictures instead he suggested the front of the hotel which was under construction with a carpark. I never would have booked here if I had known none of the requests would be available, I would’ve followed protocol and emailed but there was no communication between the hotel team and the the bookings team as they’re ‘separate’ the rooms air con didn’t work and we were sweating getting ready for the day. Just a really special day ruined before it even started because of this hotel. The price you charge and the service returned is not aligned, I do NOT recommend staying here, there are so many more affordable and KIND hotels in the area. This is not a luxury hotel, it’s lazy under qualified people dressed in suits.
