About Venue

Our flagship Lumiere Underwood venue is home to 6 unique spaces all under one roof offering the perfect location for your events. Our award-winning Underwood Lofts: the New White Loft, the Chalet and the New Victorian Loft are three adjacent spaces on the third floor, the Palm Room, is on the 2nd floor and Underwood Studios and Galeria are situated on the lower ground floor.
All these event spaces can be booked together or separately, where we are able to create a beautiful, unique and bespoke event, for up to 220 people, especially tailored to your needs.
Underwood Lofts are fully DDA compliant and located on the third floor of Underwood Works, with excellent public transport links.

Completely refurbished, all the spaces in the venue bask in natural light, with stylish decoration, state-of-the-art AV equipment and versatile set up possibilities. You can rent the entire space or the New White Loft and the New Victorian Loft separately or with The Chalet.

The White Loft is a bright, modern space which can host comfortably up to 130 for a reception, 120 in theatre style and 90 in a cabaret style set up.

The New Victorian Loft boasts colourful soft furnishings and can host comfortably up to 180 people for a reception, 140 in theatre style and 100 in a cabaret style set up.

The building has a modern reception, two passenger lifts, cycle storage facilities, air conditioning and wheelchair-friendly bathrooms.

The New Victorian Loft is a unique, versatile warehouse loft space featuring original architectural details and abundant natural light.

The venue is the perfect location for corporate workshops, events, seminars, product launches, celebration anniversaries, seminars, press launches, Away days, PR days, conferences, training, Hackathons, creative workshops, hybrid events, live streamings, trade shows, conferences, training days, board meetings, professional development, presentations, team activities.

The venue is ideal for private dining, intimate banqueting, business lunches, galas, breakfast meetings, birthday celebrations, wine tasting, food workshops, intimate banquets, versatile events, stylish networking, luxurious gatherings, drinks receptions, candlelight dinners, pop-up restaurants to elegant & intimate experiences, wedding parties, canapés & drinks receptions, anniversaries.

Full of natural light, the New Victorian Loft is a distinctive, fully adaptable warehouse space with high ceilings and uniqueness.

The event venue is the perfect spot for corporate and private events, weddings celebrations, dry hire events, Christmas parties, festivals and screenings, hybrid events, summer parties, conferences, fashion shows, product launches, trade shows, corporate drinks receptions, team activities, workshops and festivals, film, TV and advertising photo shoots.

The New Victorian Loft is situated on the third floor adjacent to the New White Loft.

    I just wanted to say thank you to you and all of the staff that made our South Asian Heritage Month event on Friday, 25th July a great success. You and your team were very easy to work with and delivered everything that you said you would, and it was enjoyed by all. The day was a huge success with the women, children, and even the staff had a truly amazing time. It was so special to see families laughing together, celebrating their culture, and simply having fun. None of this would have been possible without your amazing venue and staff that were so warm, friendly and helpful throughout the day. The atmosphere was uplifting, with so many beautiful moments shared between families, friends, and our community.

    Aghil and the team were nothing short of brilliant. From dropping the air con a specific amount of degrees to needing 20 paperclips super urgently to the phenomenal lunch that catered for every dietary need we had - nothing was too much trouble! Aghil was super friendly, approachable and so happy to help. Brilliant location too. Lumiere really made our day seamless, which is no easy feat!
