In the event of cancellation, the Host shall retain payment as follows: Cancellation period and percentage of payment retained: 0–14 days prior to the event: 100% of the event’s total charges 15–30 days prior to the event: 85% of the event’s total charges 31–60 days prior to the event: 50% of the event’s total charges 61+ days prior to the event: 35% of the event’s total charges
