I haven't stayed here personally, I have clients and friends that have, and I will be using them next time I am in London. They say the staff are polite, helpful and eager to please. The decor is amazing and the cleanliness is excellent. Value for money and a good location.

Service was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff created a welcoming environment, offering recommendations and ensuring that guests felt looked after throughout the visit. Reviewing the pub as we didn’t have a room. Saturday evening was great there: amazing tapas, very friendly staff & a fantastic live band. We enjoyed it very much!
