About Venue
The Princess of Wales Pub in Primrose Hill has been recently renovated. It is set over three floors offering an elegant private dining room on the first floor, the main bar on the ground floor and the garden room, our basement bar open to the Banksy Beer Garden (named after a mysterious lion stenciled that appeared in 2011). The three floors can be booked separately for parties, press launches, weddings, private breakfasts, lunches, dinners and much more - each room is versatile and adaptable to each event. The venue is also available to hire as a whole, for larger functions.
The Princess Room is available to hire for private breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

I went to The Princess of Wales in London for a Christmas party and had a fantastic time. The venue was great with lively music, friendly staff, and plenty of space for a crowd. Drinks were well served, the vibe was fun without feeling chaotic, and it felt like a perfect spot for a group celebration. A solid choice for a Christmas party and a great night out. 🎄🍸

We booked for our 40 people work xmas lunch and couldn't have asked for better venue. A lovely room (tastefully dressed) on arrival, incredble/accommodating staff (manager couldn't do enough to help our last min requests) and delicious food (compliments to the chef!). Everyone had a great time (we split from the top room/lunch to do a quiz/after lunch drinks in the basement and it was lovely as we felt like we had two separate events in one day). EVERYONE loved it, lots of compliments on the chilled vibe and incredible staff, fab food. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to entertain a large (or small) group in PRH :)

Our company of 42 had a lovely Christmas dinner at the Princess of Wales. We were very well taken of, and all our requests were met! We started with a three course meal in the Princess room, then finished off the evening in the basement garden room for a pub quiz. All the staff were incredible and so generous. The service was 10/10 and their hospitality unmatched! A lovely place to host Christmas parties!
