Had a fantastic weekend. All the staff made my Daughter and i very welcome and very helpful. The breakfast and evening meal was very nice. The rooms are lovely we used the free ferry alot. We had a issue the we could not leave the hotel on sunday due to the marathon. So we had to say another night we ask if I could change to another room just for one night overlooking over River Thames which they did, I would go back again love it, very nice place and most of all we felt safe there.

We had our meetings at the DoubleTree Docklands, and the experience was excellent. The meeting rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with a professional setup and great views. The staff were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. A perfect venue for business meetings or corporate events — highly recommended

When we went there earlier started great. Customer service was amazing. Guy gave us our room number but not the key because it was not ready but when we went in for this booking time the guy change our room number and give us the wrong room was not clean at all so we went to ask can we change our rooms? They said yes but we need to wait till tomorrow that fine and then we finally had our room the one we book fist overall it was great location. and that the value of the money is not worth the price what we booked for as well.

Some male members of your staff at reception has been rude and not very kind to me and to someone that was being served before me. Arrogant tone of voice, huffing at some simple requests, not able to properly understand basic questions and as a cherry on top we’ve been woken up three times on Saturday morning by the cleaner that knocked at our door at 9 o’clock and twice on Sunday, when we were meant to check out, again at 9 and at 10:30. Rooms are nice, could be a little more accessorised considering there’s no plug next to the bed unless you unplug the lamp, which leaves you in darkness at night as there’s no switch next to the bed. Sink wasn’t cleaned properly when we walked in, kids running up and down the corridors at 1 am, banging and laughing, hence couldn’t sleep.

Booked a deluxe king suite with view and balcony for a 20th anniversary as a surprise for our friends. Put them in a budget room not knowing they would send me a video, rung the hotel to sort out as it ruined the surprise they then put them in a room half the size with a view of a building not river view. Overall very disappointed in the level of care and the room category being incorrect. Wouldn’t recommend.
