Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen has become somewhat of a Canada Water institution located just a stones throw from the station. Our neighbourhood style bar focusses on great food, an excellent selection of drinks and a hub for all the live sport you could ever need!
With a contemporary bar and dining space Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen is the perfect spot whether it be brunch with friends or after work drinks to catch the game. All of our food is fresh, with a focus on well sourced ingredients; from brunch to lunch, to bar bites, Sunday roasts, delicious cocktails, a huge beer selection and a great wine list.
We also boast a huge outside terrace to soak up the sun and cocktails all year long! Perfect for a bit of alfresco drinking, dining or both with friends.
Live sport is something we can all get behind and here at Leadbelly’s. Not only do we show all of the fixtures from the world of Football, Rugby, F1, Boxing and more but we do so across 6 huge screens throughout the venue including a 120-inch projector screen so you never miss a moment of the action!
We are open 7 days a week serving up great food, great drinks and an unrivalled atmosphere for live sport with bookings available for groups large or small!
For larger parties, the Whole Venue can be hired out exclusively which allows guests to benefit from all areas at Leadbelly's

May 2025Great venue...easy going atmosphere and nicely attentive staff Had the roast...6.5 out of 10. Potatoes and veg were nicely seasoned and cooked. Beef was overcooked imo and there should have been more gravy. Perhaps an additional mini pot would work . Having said that, the food was presented beautifully. My companion had chicken burger and fries. The fries were excellent. Overall a good time was had. Definitely worth a revisit or three!

April 2025Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning. The food was lovely although weren’t a lot of options for ‘breakfast’. I had the avocado, egg and buttered potato bun dish and added salmon. My friend had a gluten free option. Service was friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely sunny days and the. Had the windows and doors open which was nice, however the fumes and smells from the food vans out front kept blowing in. We’ll return again.
