After a long flight from Japan, I was finally greeted with a warm smile at the front desk ---- it was such a relief and made me feel instantly welcome. My room 'Cosy Park' was small but stylish, with calm and tasteful furnishings that created a cozy atmosphere. It had a security safe and a small fridge, which were both convenient. Since it was my first time staying at a European hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect --- for example, there were no slippers provided. I tend to plan my outfits carefully when I travel, and for one person, the closet space was enough. The room was clean, comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay.

Stayed for a night in Snug on the first floor. Though facing the main street, the room was soundproofed and quiet. The room was large enough for one, but you might want to opt for a larger room if you want space to open your suitcase or staying with another person. The reception team was friendly. Ana and the gentleman from Georgia (sorry, forgot the name), in particular, was very welcoming. I'd stay again if I'm back in London!

We booked a snug bunk room. This type of room has a door that is locked but can be opened to the adjoning room. This door is not isolated. The people in the room next to us were making love loudly, as it was very audible through the door connecting our rooms. When we asked the front desk, we were given a different room (for the amount of money you pay and stars the hotel has, respectfully, was it the least that could be done). We heard our new neighbour making phonecalls and moving stuff around is his room. Hotel is very clean, has a very good location and very good amenities. Just DONT book the snug bunk bed room if you dont book the adjoining room. Short resume: the hotel is great, staff is helpfull, rooms are clean, good bed and bathroom, good amenities, but not soundproof. Tip for the hotel; punt the adjoining room situation on Booking.com and the website, so people know about the doors and can cosider if they mind the noise or no. Or isolate the doors so they become soundproof. Wouldve enjoyed our stay more if not for the sound enruptance.

I recently stayed at the hoxton Hotel with my mother, who is in a wheelchair, and I’m very disappointed with our experience. Before booking, we specifically called ahead to ask if the room was wheelchair accessible. We were reassured that it was — but upon arrival, we quickly discovered that this was not the case. The room was far from accessible: • The bed was too high for someone with mobility issues. • There were no proper supports or aids in the bathroom, especially in the shower • When we asked if a shower chair could be provided — a basic request for accessibility — we were simply told: “sorry, we don’t have that.” No alternative was offered, and there was no effort to help accommodate our needs. This isn’t just a matter of inconvenience — it’s a matter of dignity and inclusion. What we experienced was a clear lack of accessibility, and frankly, a lack of care or preparedness for disabled guests. My mother felt neither welcome nor independent during our stay, which is unacceptable in 2025. Accessibility should not be treated as an optional extra. It’s not just about meeting legal standards — it’s about making all guests feel respected and safe. I truly hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously. Investing in proper accessibility — and training staff to respond with empathy and solutions — would make a huge difference for future guests like us.

We wanted to book a nice trip to London. We booked the hotel with the flight and had already paid everything in advance. Then we went to the reception and the woman told us it hadn't been paid. After we showed her all the documents and had already paid the room fee, she told us that the payment of over 600 euros would be canceled. To be on the safe side, we spoke to the manager again and he assured us that nothing would be debited. So today it turned out that 1,200 euros had been debited, 600 euros each time...what's that about? We were confirmed twice that it wouldn't be debited, and then twice more...I hope it gets sorted out as soon as possible! I'll never book this hotel again!
