Cancellation policy
More than 28 days before the event: Cancellation is free of charge. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded. 14–27 days before the event: 50% of the agreed minimum spend and/or hire fee is chargeable. 7–13 days before the event: 75% of the agreed minimum spend and/or hire fee is chargeable. Less than 7 days before the event or no-show: 100% of the agreed minimum spend and/or hire fee is chargeable. Final numbers and catering: Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. Reductions after this point will still be charged at the confirmed number. Force majeure: In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond either party’s control, 45 London reserves the right to reschedule the booking without penalty.
