🌟 Exceptional Lunch at Gaucho Broadgate 🌟 My friend and I enjoyed a truly memorable lunch at Gaucho Broadgate, and everything—from the food to the service—was outstanding. 🥩 The Food We indulged in a delicious spread that showcased Gaucho’s signature flair. The sliced steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and elevated by a vibrant chimichurri sauce. The crispy fries were golden and satisfying, and the shrimp starter added a fresh, zesty kick with its bed of greens and lime. Dessert was a decadent treat: rich chocolate cake paired with smooth vanilla ice cream, beautifully plated and utterly indulgent. 🍷 The Atmosphere Located in the heart of Broadgate, the restaurant offers a stylish yet relaxed setting. The glass façade and elegant interior create a sophisticated vibe, perfect for a leisurely lunch or a special catch-up with friends. It’s a space that feels both refined and welcoming. 🤝 The Service Our waiter, Ismael, was a standout. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our visit. His warm approach and professionalism made us feel truly looked after, adding a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. Overall, Gaucho Broadgate delivered on every level—flavor, ambiance, and hospitality. We left feeling satisfied, appreciated, and eager to return.

For the price point, this was a disappointing experience. On a Friday night, the restaurant felt short-staffed. The food was mediocre: all the steaks were over-seasoned, two arrived cold, and the chips were so salty they were inedible. The wrong sides were brought to the table, and although staff said they would be removed from the bill, they still appeared at the end. The steak knives were poor quality and struggled to cut through a marinated steak that I should have been able to cut with a butter knife. Drinks were slow to arrive every time we ordered. Service missed many basics: clearing plates, pouring wine, checking in on the table, and serving in a timely manner. Instead, staff were often seen talking among themselves. My last visit to this Gaucho was ten years ago. I had hoped for improvement, but it was average then and remains average now. The only positives were the warm greeting on entry,the farewell and cocktails.

First time being to this restaurant, will likely to be the last time. Firstly the service was not existed and it took 30 minutes for starter to come, the coffee was good but it spilled out so kept dripping, which was very unprofessional. The bread was good, the prawns starter was ok, sea bream was blend, spinach was watery, basically everything was blend. The brownie was the best of the food which was sad… No way I’ll be back.
