The Crown & Two Chairmen is a handsomely restored pub on the corner of Dean Street and Bateman Street in Soho, one of London's most central and characterful locations, dating back to 1736 and rebuilt in its current form in 1929.

The pub has a genuinely distinctive feel. Wood-panelled walls, beaded lampshades, sumptuous banquettes, period features, patterned tile floors, and low-lit corners give it a nostalgic, bohemian atmosphere that reflects the Soho it sits in. High stools line the windows for watching the street life of Dean Street go by, and the corner position means it catches the energy of the area from all sides. Upstairs, the Chairman's Lounge is a teal-toned private bar with exposed brick, leather chairs, hanging plants, and a ceiling art installation, available for parties, meetings, and celebrations throughout the week.

Two hire options are available: The Chairman's Lounge for groups up to 100, and a full venue takeover across both floors for up to 200. The food menu covers British pub classics and seasonal dishes. A microphone is available, and on the full venue hire guests can connect their own playlist through the venue's mixer. No cloakroom is available. On-street drinking and smoking facilities are available outside.

It is very flexible — the furniture can be moved to suit the occasion, making it equally well suited to sit-down dinners, standing receptions, meetings, and late-night parties. A large screen TV, microphone, and PA system are all included. Plug sockets are available for working events. Please note the room is on the first floor and is not wheelchair accessible, and music is venue-controlled throughout.
