This is a review for Soho Wala afternoon tea. We had an amazing experience! Very welcomed by waiter Ramadan who made it very easy and clear with the process. He poured a glass of champagne as soon as we got there which was a lovely way to kick off my birthday celebrations

Title: Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Soho I stayed at the Courthouse Hotel London from Sunday, September 21st through Thursday, September 25th, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating—they went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed to relax after a long day exploring the city. I also appreciated how well the hotel blended modern comfort with its historic charm—a true gem in the middle of Soho. The location couldn’t be better—steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, yet the hotel itself remained peaceful and relaxing. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at the Courthouse Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to London!

Bren there fir an event. 50 people served by 2 persons at the bar and no labels for food allergens. While taking a break we went to thr toilet and 3 of the toilets were flooded. We letteh stuff know but 1h later my colleagues complained again because nothing changed. Very crntral location but doesn’t look welcoming at all... great food and drinks tho.

I would NO LONGER RECOMMEND. We have stayed here multiple times before and it seems the hotel has taken a turn for the worse in the last two years. Everything seems to be breaking down. The first night we were out in a room where you could hear the party in the lobby until almost 11pm. Disappointing when you are arriving and jet lagged. I spoke with the concierge/front desk and they said they would move us to a specific room the next day. The next day I spoke with the hotel manager who immediately said no that room was not available. He seemed more inconvenienced than concerned. He tried pinning the noise on the theatre next door. Either way the noise levels were unacceptable and i wouldn’t recommend for this reason. After his refusal of the particular room we were told we were going to get we ended up in that room the second day. The manager didn’t listen to our concerns but quickly rebutted them Giving the impression he didn’t care or want to put effort. It was easier for him to just say no. Not once did I feel he took our concerns with care. But wait theres more! The hotel has two elevators neither of which have been serviced in some time. Broken buttons, one of them would not accept guests from the main floor and the other had issues going to ground level. In one instance we boarded and started towards ground floor and just stopped on the 4th floor loosing its destination trapping us in the elevator for about 5 minutes. The call button wouldn’t work and finally after some panic it finally allowed us out and we used the stairs. The hotel rooms used to be well taken care of. Sadly not anymore. Drapes were falling off the wall, big long black hairs in the bathroom and on the bed from housekeeping I presume as my partner is bald and I have a crew cut so it was not ours. The safety handle in the tub had been removed or broken off with rusty bolts and mounting gear sticking out. Sadly we will be finding a new hotel which won’t be a problem in London. The location is great but honestly not worth the price for the lack of professionalism, service and care.
