A small.boutique hotel in a very busy part of the city. Close to most theatres and walking distance to Buckingham Palace, the Tower if London and many galleries and museums. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms although compact were comfortable, clean and quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at The Resident Soho! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of London’s vibrant Soho, with easy access to great restaurants, theaters, and shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, stylishly designed, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I especially appreciated the small kitchenette, which was a thoughtful touch for added convenience. Overall, The Resident Soho offers a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

A brilliant hotel with great customer service. Although rooms only, no restaurant, the location of this hotel, in the heart of Soho, means you have everything you need on your doorstep. Rooms are a good size for London with big comfy beds and good blackout. Also mini kitchen and free unlimited filtered water. The staff handle everything with great personality and we always have a great welcome. Highly recommend.

Very friendly hotel in Soho. Location is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well appointed with coffee making facilities and a little fridge. We had a basement room which did have a little patio but not much of a view of course. They don't have a restaurant but there are a lot of options nearby. They do have modest bar facilities. Their main selling points are the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and the location is very good.

very high price for what is delivered. The good news is the location is perfect for the theatre. However, here comes the bad news. The rooms are very small and the mattress on my bed was pretty awful. No views. Big TV screen. It could have been the Premier Inn truth be told. The service was pretty normal. And the room cost the same as the Soho Hotel which is just down the road. And no where as nice. Would I book again? No way. The staff offered me an immediate upgrade if I rebooked, however, I think there is much more value at other hotels. Sorry, but this is the truth.
