Our first time here. Fabulous front desk welcome and service from Rachael and Francis. There was some confusion about the rooms, so we sat in the bar for 20 minutes, and the issue was kindly resolved. Our rooms were crisp, fresh and quiet with windows that opened, frosted privacy panes, energy saving measures, shower cap, cotton buds, shampoo, body wash, iron, board, hair dryer, bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, sweetener, kettle, full length and lighted mirror. Beautifully silent night of deep rest. In the evening, Francis greeted us again and helped us find an open tour bus ride. He also told us about breakfast and offered to store our bags the next day. He went above and beyond with customer service, asking if we had everything we needed. Breakfast was poorly organized with guests banging into each other due to set up. Having said that, the food was great! Lotsa vegan and vegetarian options. Cooked foods, cereal, toast, baked goods and all drinks included. Bravo to this gorgeous hotel. I wish I could sleep here for a week.

The hotel is nice enough on its own. I had a fairly spacious room though it did seem like it needed some updates with some discoloured areas around windows in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice and the crew were very helpful. It's centrally located but because it's so close to the train station and tube you can pretty much hear it all the time.

Hidden gem close to Easton, St. Pancreas, Kings Cross and several Underground lines. Rooms are modern with comfortable beds, modern in-room baths with plenty of hot water and soft towels. Had wonderful nights sleep! Downside, no A/C, hence 4 out of 5 stars. Be mindful of that when booking. The rooms can get quite warm. The breakfast buffet was lovely featuring something for everyone. The gym in the basement is well-equipped for any workout level. Rachel and Frances at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. The price for the hotel is definitely one of its perks. It’s definitely my new ‘go to’ when visiting London. The WiFi was fast and didn’t have any glitches.
