Cancellations received between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days prior to the Date of Event will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. 3. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the Date of Event will require payment of 100% of the total contracted value.

Vasilis our server was very helpful and answered all our questions about the menu. I had a wonderfully fresh Nusret salad with goat cheese and pomegranates. My medium rare steak was cooked exactly how I like. It came with a very delicious mashed potatoes. I had Turkish ice cream and fresh fruits for desert, and of course a perfect cup of Turkish coffee. I will definitely come here again next time I’m in London. Love this place!

Terrible experience my stomach is still burning! One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The meat was rubbery, dry, and flavorless. The fries were greasy and stale. It may look nice on the plate, but the taste was an absolute disaster. Prices are outrageous, and you get absolutely nothing in return for what you pay. Worst of all, my stomach has been burning ever since I ate there. Hours later, and I still feel sick. For such a well-known chain, the lack of quality and hygiene is shocking. They’re all about the show, with zero care for flavor or customer satisfaction. Nusr-Et London should be urgently inspected or better yet, shut down. It’s disgraceful that a place like this is allowed to operate in a city like London. Save your money and your health. Stay far away from this place!
