Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DATE: • If you cancel more than four weeks before your event we will refund your deposit minus £1000 cancellation fee. • If you cancel with less than four weeks notice, we will retain the deposit and charge you for the outstanding balance. This will be charged to the card used to secure the booking or invoice to your company, depending on the payment method you agree with us when you made the booking. • QUEENS will not be held responsible for exceptional weather conditions, suspension of travel or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control; and no such circumstances will be considered grounds for cancellation without charge. PREPAYMENT & DEPOSITS: • A deposit and signed contract are both required to confirm your event. This will be agreed in advance with your event organiser. • Until both are received your booking is considered as provisional. • We will send you an email to confirm your event upon receipt of the full deposit amount and a signed booking contract to accept these terms. • The balance between your deposit and the full value of the booking (including food and drink pre-orders + service charge) is payable no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. • For full venue exclusive event hire, balance is due 4 weeks prior. • Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date agreed may result in your event being cancelled.
