Andaz London Liverpool Street, 1901 Ballroom

This hotel is perfectly situated to explore east london. It is right on top of the Liverpool St station so it's very convenient. The happy hour strawberries and cream were such a charming touch. The service was kind of uneven. When we were able to get a hold of someone, they were wonderful. They also accommodated for our baby really well with a large pack and play and even a teddy bear. However there were multiple times we would reach out to the front-desk via the room phone and would get no answer. Overall great when we got connected! Also the base rooms have showers with the half door that always makes you feel really cold. I really wish hotels wouldn't do this. However the rooms are incredibly spacious which was really welcome. Our stay at the hotel was exactly what we needed and we're so happy we stayed here. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Stayed here for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The assistant manager, Osman, was wonderful and went out of his way to make the celebration special. The complimentary wine and beer hour was a great touch. The location is excellent and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which created a super relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the vibe.

Andaz is my second favourite Hyatt hotel in London. The design and decor throughout the hotel are truly unique and full of character, and every stay feels special. Most importantly, the team are always exceptionally welcoming and attentive. A special mention to Margot, who I somehow meet during almost every stay and she is absolutely fantastic! I also had a wonderful check-in experience with Miriam on my last visit. Thank you both for your kindness. Breakfast is phenomenal, and the room service is always excellent. A truly enjoyable experience every time.
