I recently had the pleasure of booking at 1 Hotel Mayfair and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by their concierge team. From the moment we booked, they assisted in making our stay seamless and stress-free. Airport transfers, car rentals, excursions in the city, restaurant recommendations - you name it, they can handle swiftly. Renato and Andrei are not only incredibly proactive but also resourceful. They took the time to understand our family's needs and went above and beyond to tailor every detail of our trip. Thanks to their incredible efforts, we are going to have a magical experience in London (and beyond). It's rare to encounter such attention to detail and genuine care for guests. I truly feel everyone should stay at 1 Hotel Mayfair and experience this goodness!

I’m currently staying at 1 Hotel London, and I can already say that this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality from the staff was evident—the reception team, the bellboy, and everyone we encountered made us feel truly welcome. The attention to detail and level of care are exceptional, and I want to personally thank the manager for assembling such an outstanding team. One of the things I love most about 1 Hotel is its commitment to sustainability. As a green hotel, it blends luxury with eco-consciousness perfectly, creating a peaceful escape in the middle of a fast-paced city like London. It’s refreshing to stay in a place that not only offers comfort but also prioritizes nature and sustainability. But what has truly made my experience unforgettable is Andrea at the Concierge! Before we even arrived, he arranged all our bookings, ensuring that everything was perfectly planned. After we got here, he continued to fill our schedule with incredible, hard-to-get reservations, making every moment of our trip enjoyable and seamless. He understood our interests and taste so well, curating a personalized experience that made London feel even more exciting. If you’re staying at 1 Hotel London, I can’t recommend Andrea enough—his expertise, dedication, and passion for his work will elevate your trip beyond expectations. Absolutely loved this hotel. Location is of course great in Mayfair just off Berkeley Square but the magic is the hotel itself. The freshness with lots of plants, natural materials and an amazing smell makes the hotel special. Mix that with a very trendy feel and super friendly staff throughout and you got a top London hotel. Also, what’s unusual even in a 5 star hotel is that they come and service you room multiple times a day for complete freshness. The bar is happening and we loved the add of a DJ later in the evening. What didn’t we like? Pretty much nothing although I found it a bit ”odd” that they add a service charge to your room per night which is simply a tip. It’s voluntary and I don’t mind to pay a tip in the bar or restaurant but on the actual room!? Nah.
