CAUGHT REDHANDED!🤥 I saw the delivery truck parked in front of my building and waited by my window, caught the driver going to the truck and asked him if he tried to get into my building and faced any issues. He said ‘NO’ and asked me if I’m expecting a parcel, I confirmed that I was and then he said he is in the are for another half hour, and will check and then drove off. 15min later I get an email saying a *delivery had been attempted and there was no one home*… How stupid do you think we are? Absolute trash & a case study of how to drive your business into the ground… just PURE garbage company and employees. 0 stars if I could. Company with a record of lying and utter laziness. Who opens for two hours a day only anyways???

I’d give zero stars if possible, it would be quite useful if you were able to update your opening hours. There seems to be a contradiction between the opening times advertised outside the office and online. Online it is advertised that the office between 08:00-12:00 on weekdays but when you reach the site it is advertised as 08:00-10:00. Many of us have to plan to drop off parcels around our working hours. It really does not help when wrong information is advertised. But clearly the service does not give a toss upon reading the previous reviews.
