Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice. Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking. Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.

The best serviced office space I have used in London. Such a great community within the building and between all the different companies. The team at reception are brilliant. They're are such a good vibe and they always go far and beyond for us and our guests. Would 100% recommend.

The staff does whatever they can to give a great experience to tenants offices, but the building has so many issues that those efforts fade away very quickly… it’s the single lift more times broken than working, power cuts on the road that escalate other issues in the building, air conditioning barely worked and portable units had to be placed, the same for heaters during winter. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the building because of the uncertainty of reliability, but nevertheless kudos to the staff in handling these problems all the time.
