Corner Corner is a 3000 sqm multi-use space where food, culture, and community come together under one roof. A collaborative project between Broadwick and KERB, located in the heart of Canada Water.

Set on the waterfront and home to one of London's largest indoor vertical farms, the venue blends sustainability and innovation with flexible spaces for conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and immersive events.

The Loft is an intimate, open-plan space for up to 143 standing, situated up the stairs above the Studio, with views of the Boardwalk and waterfront.

Its industrial, minimalist design provides a sophisticated setting for private gatherings, networking events, brand pop ups, and exclusive receptions.

Flexible and adaptable, the Loft offers a unique space that balances privacy with the energy of Corner Corner.

Cancellation policy

50% within 10 days of the date the Event is confirmed; and (ii) 50% one month prior to the start of the Hire Period. Any final changes to the Event (including catering and production upgrades) must be agreed with the Operator no later than 14 days prior to the Hire Period, being XXXXX. Requests for changes after this date will not be accepted. Any changes which result in an increase to the Total Venue Fee shall be invoiced and payable immediately by the Hirer upon receipt of an invoice and in any event, no later than 10 days prior to the Hire Period.
