Tobacco Dock opened in 2012 and has, over the past decade, firmly cemented its place as one of the most in-demand venues in the UK. Combining a historically and architecturally significant building with an exceptional team, industry-leading service partners, and best-in-class data infrastructure, Tobacco Dock is a thoroughly modern venue, perfectly positioned to help clients create extraordinary events and brand experiences for up to 7,000 guests.

The Grade I listed building spans 16,000 sqm and features over 50 versatile spaces that can be combined in various ways to create bespoke layouts for events of all sizes. With both indoor and outdoor areas, including covered sections to offset unpredictable British weather, the venue retains many original features such as exposed brickwork, timber beams, and ironwork. These characterful yet minimalist interiors provide a strong sense of place while offering ample scope for creative branding.

An impressive list of service partners, all experienced in delivering excellence within the venue, along with in-house catering and AV teams, helps streamline the planning process. The skilled Operations and Sales teams take pride in crafting exceptional experiences that ensure every event is truly memorable.

East Dock comprises 5 fully furnished spaces, ideal for easy conference planning, training days and press briefings. This collection of spaces is ideal for straightforward and impressive event planning for groups of up to 200 people. Ranging in capacity from 6 to 50 people in a boardroom, cabaret or theatre style layout, the spaces at East Dock offer the perfect venue for your next business gathering. East Dock 3 serves perfectly as a reception space, with registration desks, catering stations, poser tables, and cloakroom facilities.

The vaulted Victorian brickwork interiors create an atmospheric and stylish backdrop, while the speedy and secure WiFi connection and top-of-the-range screens will keep up with the most demanding of briefs.

The differently sized spaces provide ample opportunity for breakouts and workshop areas as well as plenary sessions. It also works well alongside The Dock Gallery, South Dock Meeting Room Suite, East Dock Meeting Rooms and Dock Street Bar to serve as extra breakout and entertaining space.
