The contemporary meets the uniquely historic with bright, innovative suites in the city to inspire up to 270 guests, while overlooking the Roman London Wall for memorable AGMs, exhibitions, training seminars, dinners and drinks receptions within the Square Mile.

Our largest room offers a Large Screen with a screen surround that can be up-lighted in your company corporate colours on request. Projection is with an outstanding 3500 Lumen HD Data Projector with three repeater plasma screens strapped to the pillars and walls allowing viewing for those sitting away from the main screen. An option is also available for different images to be shown on each repeater screen, such as your company logo or Twitter feed. Our fold back monitors sited on the podium and top-table allows speakers to deliver their speech and focus on the audience. We boast on our sound deliver with the Electro Voice Four Speakers Audio System operated by our Soundcraft 24 Channel mixing desk. America Square Conference Centre has an in-house audio visual department at your disposal with a ready supply of the latest presentation equipment for your event.
