As being unable to leave a review specifically for Under The Posts, Im forced to do this here. I booked a fable for 5 for Under The Posts. Aside from the very efficient process at taking payment from me (no surprise there) the rest of it was incredibly disappointing. 1. We had one person no longer unable to attend. Despite a lot of advanced notice (weeks).. they provided no support to kindly offer a refund - there was noone else on our table on the day and this extra seat they refused to give up would have made absolutely no difference to their seating plan or arrangements. 2. Yet still on the day, they decided just to serve 4 meals even though 5 were paid for. 3. Worse off, of the 3 football legends promised, only 2 showed up and the 3rd (who was the majority of the reason I had a guest attend)was replaced by someone much lesser known. No announcement, indication or apology was given for this at any stage. 4. On following up afterwards to state the disappointment at the Legends lineup not being as promoted and how it didnt leave the best impression for mt guest who was also a client, I received radio silence. Hugely unprofessional.. no attempt to actually provide a genuine service and certainly no care for potential future business. If you are ok to deal with the potential issues above, be prepared for a very average meal, a few mins max (if youre lucky) speaking to the legends and no feel of being cared for as individuals there.
