About Venue

We can offer many different options. Drinks areas are always available to reserve in the pub. Our excellent private dining room can accommodate 45 for Dinner or Lunch parties, 75 for drinks and buffets. We have lovely areas in the Garden for a private dinner or Barbecue. We have some great Menu ideas for you and we are also very happy to work with your own menu favourites. Whether it's a get together with friends & family a birthday party or a corporate event we're sure we can help you make it a success.

This space is perfect for Xmas Parties and corporate events. We'll be happy to help you create the perfect event!

Really great place! Food was tasty and good drinks too. The staff were so nice. We sat in the outside patio area but the interior is very nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend 100% :)

We had such a fantastic time at The Rose that I feel compelled to share it. From start to finish, the experience was faultless. The food was outstanding – the scotch eggs were perfection: crisp and golden on the outside, with a beautifully soft centre, and seasoned just right. The chips were the kind you always hope for in a pub but rarely find – hot, perfectly cooked, fluffy inside and wonderfully crunchy on the outside. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and done with care. What really elevated our visit, though, was the service. Our waitress, Alice, went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. She was warm, attentive, and genuine – always checking in at the right moments without ever being intrusive. She made us feel completely welcome and added such a personal touch to the whole evening. It’s rare these days to find a pub that gets everything right – great food, great atmosphere, and truly exceptional service – but The Rose absolutely nailed it. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family without hesitation.
