Went with a family member to enrol onto a professional cookery course. Long wait in the enrolment department which is to be expected as it's a large college. Naima in enrolments was very helpful. Great staff who are nice and friendly. Well done, West London college in Hammersmith. 🙏🏼

Important Warning (W L Welcome) This organization calls itself a "charity" that helps refugees, but in reality, it does the opposite of true humanitarian work. It takes advantage of refugees who are already in difficult situations—people who often do not know the local language, laws, or their basic rights. On the surface, they pretend to offer help and advice. But in truth, they give false and misleading information that pushes refugees to give up their legal rights. Instead of protecting them, the organization works in ways that make sure refugees receive the least possible support. In some cases, they even cooperate with authorities who want to reduce the benefits refugees should receive. This behavior is not just dishonest—it is discrimination. Denying people their rights because of their nationality or immigration status is a form of racial discrimination and a clear violation of human rights. It goes against the basic values of justice, equality, and human dignity. ⚠️ This is a serious warning: Any group that hides behind the name of "charity" while carrying out these harmful practices is not helping—it is betraying the most vulnerable people and destroying their future. The best protection against this kind of deception is awareness and caution.

This college and teachers have been disappointing. During a practical lesson, the teacher baselessly accused me of stealing and even followed me to my locker to check. Naturally, there was nothing there because I hadn’t taken anything. She didn’t even apologize afterwards. The whole experience made me feel awful, and I no longer wanted to attend a lesson taught by someone who treated me that way. And this is one of the cases that happened to me, not to mention discrimination from teachers.Avoid this place.

If I could rate this school zero stars, I honestly would. The whole thing was a mess, full of staggering incompetence and people just not caring about students. This isn't just a busy college, it's an institution with serious, deep-rooted problems. My enrollment process was a complete disaster. I didn't even get an email telling me if I was accepted or when I should start my course. I was left completely in the dark. I tried to look past it, thinking they were just busy with new applicants, but I was wrong. That was only the first sign of how broken things really are. The confusion continued right into my main course, Sports (the teaching one). After two frustrating weeks, the instructor for this critical subject hadn't even told us how to get or read our essential timetables. It was total chaos, and my attendance ended up suffering because of their lack of clarity. I had to go to the office and complain just to get a printed timetable, which is information the instructor should have given us on day one. It proves there's a massive failure in basic operational training here. And the academic stagnation within the GCSE Maths department is seriously disappointing. The teachers seem to deliberately limit ambition, focusing only on foundational Grade 2 and Grade 3 work. They flat-out refuse to teach the higher-level material you need to achieve a Grade 5 qualification. This actively handicaps student potential and shows they're failing to prepare anyone adequately for the future. My final and most serious issue is the glaring lack of safety and gross sanitization around the campus. Large areas of the college, especially the ground floors, feel completely abandoned, unmonitored, and neglected. It genuinely feels like they just ignore maintenance and security protocols. The palpable lack of cleanliness and oversight raises serious questions about student safety and public health compliance. Seriously, prospective students should consider this complete breakdown in the administration, the teaching, and the management of the whole college before wasting their time and money here.
