Fivefields is a bright, purpose-driven event and meeting venue at 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens in Victoria, London, operated by x+why, a B Corp Certified workspace network on a mission to change the way the world meets and works. Four minutes' walk from Victoria station, it is one of the most accessibly located event venues in central London.

The building houses a community of charities, purpose-led businesses, and changemakers, and that sense of shared values runs through every space. Biophilic design, natural materials, living plants, and a calming contemporary feel give Fivefields a character that is genuinely restorative rather than corporate. Natural light fills every floor, breakout spaces encourage informal connection between sessions, and occasional access to a rooftop terrace adds a rare outdoor dimension for events in the heart of SW1.

Five event and meeting spaces are available across the building, from a 150-capacity events floor for conferences and networking through to flexible meeting rooms and a boardroom. All spaces are technology enabled with Wi-Fi, video conferencing, presentation screens, and microphones. Hot drinks, water, whiteboards, and catering are available on request. Secure bike storage, showers, and changing rooms are on-site.

The 2nd Floor Events Space is a large, flexible event space at Fivefields on Grosvenor Gardens in Victoria, with capacity for up to 150 standing or 93 seated in a range of formats.

The space includes an ante room, making it well suited to conferences, networking events, drinks receptions, and larger team gatherings where guests need a breakout or registration area alongside the main floor. Two microphones and screen share facilities are included, and food and beverage packages can be added. The natural light, biophilic design, and calming atmosphere of the building carry through to this floor. All technology is enabled and ready to use on arrival.
