Located along the prestigious Carlton House Terrace, our impressive event venue combines elegance with sophisticated technology to host a wide variety of events for up to 250 attendees. Our catering partner, Company of Cooks, hand-picks every moment at Prince Philip House with their delicious food and drink.

This large, bright and daylit space has an abundance of modern technology allowing your guest speaker, panel speakers or company chairperson at the lectern to deliver a talk that is viewed, heard and absorbed by all. The space also serves extremely well for large dinners and receptions, and can even be halved with discreet electronically operated walls to create an event area in conjunction with an adjoining room – Al Qasimi North and Al Qasimi South.

Cancellation policy

7. Cancellation by the Client 7.1. Should the Client have to cancel an Event, notice must be given to the Company as early as possible by telephone and then confirmed in writing or by email. 7.2. The following cancellation charges shall apply: No. of days’ notice received before Event = Cancellation charge payable as % of Pre-booked Total Less than 30 days =100% Between 31-90 days = 75% 91 days or more = 50% 7.3. If the Company has incurred costs in hiring or booking services provided by third parties, such as the hire of AV equipment and the Client cancels the Event, the full amount of the cost incurred by the Company is payable by the Client on demand.
