10% non refundable deposit required to book space. We will actively try and resell space and refund the client up to 70% of total venue hire if resold.

One of my favourite arenas. All the are brilliant, they even have them on the streets sound the arena directing you to your gate / door. Entry and exit is the fasted of any arena I’ve been to. Also there is a Premier Inn 5 minutes walk from the AO main entrance. Went to see Kyle, she was fantastic. I would recommend the AO Arena for any gig.

My experience was very positive. Plenty of staff available, safe and swift entry, and plenty of bars available with fast service. The AI ’Frictionless’ bar was a bit strange and prices didn’t seem to be advertised, just to feed that back. I’d highly recommend a concert here.

Had a brilliant night watching Sean Paul and Ashanti. The atmosphere was electric. The DJ was so good and had the crowd warmed up before the acts came on. It was quick to get into the arena, and parking was much cheaper than parking in the other car parks outside. It cost £12 at the arena and a short lift ride to the arena floor. Staff were efficient directing people to their seats. Toilets were clean and tidy, but the one criticism was the prices of the drinks. Large Sprite was £6.80 and pints were £9.25... absolutely disgusting and should not be allowed. Understandably, following the bombing there, you can't take anything inside, so they hold you to ransom buying food and drinks.
