Once a major power hub for the city, this iconic eight-storey building, originally constructed in 1963 as an electrical station, retains many of its original features—like the "City of Manchester Electric Light Station" sign and the distinct red brick facade that speaks to the city's industrial roots.

Other rules

Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm for meetings and coworking. Our venue can be booked for evening events until 11pm. Closed on weekends.

I work in a lot of shared offices and this is by far the most welcoming and relaxed I’ve visited. I supply corporate photography and so many of these places, like Regus and WeWork are procedural to the point of being unhelpful. Clockwise is a refreshing contrast with staff who are really keen to help and I’d highly recommend. Thanks.

We (Jaywing) hosted an event with Google at Clockwise in Manchester. Everything was excellent from start to finish - the communication, the organisation, the parking at the venue, all of the support provided by Athena and James before and on the day of our event. The food was excellent. We provided an event schedule and all of our timings were met.
