What can I say, my stay although short was beyond amazing the staff was wonderful, greeted me kindly and answered all my questions without a fuss the room was immaculate. I dined for dinner at the restaurant and all compliments go to Louis absolutely made my night fast service, polite and checked up on me when needed, I can't exaggerate enough what a brilliant man he is and how much he elevated the experience. I can easily recommend this place to anyone, simply brilliant!

Attended an hospitality event evening staff attentive with both food and drinks. Location was great and the event was excellent even if the venue room was a strange shape being long and thin. Everyone was able to listen and watch the screens overall I assume that this was enjoyed by everyone. Big thanks to all the double tree staff definitely recommend

Well what can I say? When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the reception! She got us to check in early at 12:45pm. My brother and I were impressed by the quality and service. Soon we were given the key card to our rooms. The moment I walked in and seeing from pictures from google, I assumed the rooms to be tiny, but it’s adequately sized, and allows enough room for manoeuvrability. The room was clean throughout and hotel staff consistently came cleaned and changed sheets and towels and what not! The nights I spent were without disturbances! The rooms temperature was great all round and it didn’t affect my stay at all! However, my nitpicks only were, the TV that didn’t have enough channels and nothing interested me. Wish it had a movie catalogue. Another thing was when we left to do shopping, my room wasn’t refilled with coffee, so I just had the one last stick and also tea as well, but my brother was nice enough to share his coffee with me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was well worth the money I spent and usually I stay at hotels, but joining Hilton honours, I did for the incredible offers should I wish to book a hotel at an early check in wherever I am!

Overall, it was a great hotel with a great price for a night stay. Just a few amendments that then would hit the 5 stars… 1) Reposition the sink so that the water doesn’t overspill onto the floor when using it. 2) The TV volume was very low- there was no way to adjust it. It seemed a cable was pulled out but very unobvious where to put it back. Overall it was a great stay with great breakfast included- would consider returning if ever staying in Manchester again!

Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations, and several unresolved issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable. 1. Room Heating Issue From the first day, the heater in my room was not working. The fan was extremely noisy and only blew air( not warm) , making it impossible to keep the room warm. I had to request a portable heater just to make the room bearable. Although I was assured that the issue would be fixed as soon as possible, six days have passed and nothing has been done. I followed up several times during the first three days, but my complaints were ignored after that. 2. Shower and Bathroom Problems The water temperature in the shower was unstable — it would suddenly turn freezing cold or scalding hot without warning. Most time was extremely hot even in turn to cold side . In addition, the bathroom floor was always flooded after each shower due to poor design and drainage. This made it unsafe and very inconvenient to use. 3. Poor Breakfast Quality The breakfast provided was disappointing. During my six-day stay, the menu remained exactly the same every morning, and the food quality was consistently poor. 4. Noise Disturbance The room was not soundproof at all. I could constantly hear noises from outside, including workers fixing things in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep and rest properly. Overall, my stay was far below the standard I expected. I hope the management will take these issues seriously, review the maintenance and service standards, and provide appropriate compensation for this unpleasant experience.
