Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street with easy walking distance to business park and town center. Lovely staff with great breakfast and short but tasty menu for dinner.

Place is awesome. Its a boutique hotel situated in Didsbury village. Bus stops are 1 min away and tram stops are 5 mins walk. Superb and friendly staff.

Eleven hotel has cosy rooms, with mini bar and free parking. The bathroom is big, bed super comfy. Staff super professional with a fast checkout. The hotel is away from any noise.

I was a bit disappointed this last visit. The service was not quite the same. Previous stays the staff went out of their way to help, even going above and beyond when one college mentioned how he missed tea from home. (India) An employee who knew how to make it upon herself to find the ingredients and make the Chai for my colleagues who were overjoyed by the gesture. This is simply asked for onions with my eggs and was told, "we don't do onions at breakfast ". Multiple times this last stay hotel employees just didn't care. Very disappointing.
