Located in a historic army barracks brimming with original features, including an armory, our venue offers a unique blend of character and modern functionality. We've beautifully renovated a quarter of the building, transforming it into a versatile blank canvas perfect for your next event.

The main space is fully equipped with a PA system, staging, microphones, and more—everything you need for a seamless experience. Just a 10-minute walk from Piccadilly Station, our venue boasts a prime, central location. For added convenience, we have seven parking spaces in the garage, which also serves as the entrance. From there, stairs lead up to the main event area.

We also offer smaller breakout rooms downstairs, ideal for kids' activities or as additional spaces to complement your main booking. While compact, these rooms can be tailored to suit your needs, ensuring every detail of your event is covered.

A versatile blank canvas hall equipped with sound, PA system, stage, lighting, and TV screens, all set up and ready to go. The space features large windows on three sides, flooding the room with natural light. Chairs and tables are available to arrange the layout to suit your needs.

As you enter, you’ll find a handy kitchenette, perfect for preparing refreshments. Please note, the room is located up two flights of stairs and is not fully accessible. However, there’s a live link available to the screens and audio upstairs to accommodate everyone.
