Marie checked me in and she was so friendly and efficient, she made me feel comfortable in the hotel from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there is controlled AC in each room. The bathroom was well stocked with nice scented products. The breakfast was of a good standard and they have a well stocked bar.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn and had such a wonderful experience thanks to Lovia! She’s truly one of a kind — always respectful, always smiling, and treats everyone with genuine kindness. We stayed here for 3 days and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, right between the Etihad Stadium and Old Trafford, with Piccadilly Station just nearby, so getting around was super convenient. The staff gave us such a warm welcome and even congratulated us on our honeymoon, which made our stay feel extra special. We also used the (external) laundry service, which was very convenient. Breakfast was great, and everything during our stay was comfortable, friendly, and pleasant. We were truly happy here, and we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time we come to Manchester for City match🩵

We’re in Manchester for an important exam, and the hotel staff -especially Yannis-have been very kind and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The location is very central but still quiet and peaceful — everything is within walking distance. If we visit Manchester again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Fantastic experience at the holiday inn. I brought my client as we were going to look at canal street etc. I had requested that the bed was made up as 2 singles and it wasnt but they quickly got me another bed and made it up for me. We had I think whats called an accessible room, and the room was stunning. Had all the plug sockets you could need along side usb charging ports. Plenty of lights along side a uv light in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm. They also had a bath along side a shower. Breakfast was amazing
