Impossible bar and restaurant space seats up to 80 guests and boosts a standing capacity of 280. Whether you are looking for cocktails and canapes or a sit-down dining experience, we can tailor your event to your style and specification.

Impossible bar and restaurant can be hire exclusively, as well as split into two sections for shared events. Perfect setting for social gatherings, networking events, high end events, product launches, filming, photo shoots to name but a few.

Our menu combines the highest quality ingredients with rich flavours from across the globe to create a collection of home comforts and delicious sharing plates perfect for sampling the highlights of our bespoke menu.

An amazing night! We were at the Impossible for a pub quiz and the venue was incredible. Quick service at the bar, a great variety of snacks and exceptionally friendly service from Steph the team!! - would highly recommend

I came for bottomless brunch with my cousin on a Saturday and we had the best time! We decided to opt for the premium option for the cocktails and additional side, and it was totally worth the money, the food and drinks were amazing. But what really made our experience was our server, Miah. She was so attentive and friendly and made sure we were catered for at all times no matter how busy it was. Our drinks were never empty and we weren’t ever left waiting for another. Couldn’t recommend her more. She’s amazing!!!! We will definitely be returning. Thank you Miah🩷

We hired the Gin Nest for my daughters 21st with her friends. Rebecca communicated well and was really helpful in organising the event and Cerys was fantastic on the bar. All staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. My daughter had a fantastic time!

Great Music Great cocktails and Great service. Miah served us for bottomless brunch and she was amazing. no matter how busy it got she ensured that we were happy and had full glasses. The music was very mixed and we loved that. would definitely return !!

Came down to support the new ‘Le Disco’ cocktail menu launch and had a great time. The vibes were great and the drinks were even better. Big thank you to Mia for taking the time to recommend her favourites alongside helping me choose what to go for - definitely will be back to try the rest!!
