Recently visited while on our trip from Canada 🇨🇦 My husband and I had enjoyed his birthday at this lovely hotel, easily connected to many attractions. The staff was amazing, anything we had needed was provided and exceptionally provided. The hotels bar had a classic menu and exceptional view for anyone looking for an opulent experience. The ceilings were high, the bed was an actual king size and was the best sleep on our 3 week journey through UK. Highly suggest this location for anyone, will be returning one day and will suggest this experience to anyone looking to travel to Manchester !

Really enjoyed my stay at Kimpton Clocktower. The room was quiet and relaxed in contrast to all the entertainment you can access on the doorstep. Both bedroom and bathroom facilities were fantastic. Appreciate our doorman/security giving us a quick tour entertaining us with stories of the resident ghosts! I will happily visit again in future. Thank you Kimpton team for your effort in making it appear effortless.

A great Hotel with a lot of history connected to the building. If you want a modern building, you should stay somewhere else. Nevertheless, Location is easy to got to, Service is great, rooms are tidy and clean. Food is very delicious. I will come back.

Very grand old hotel in the middle of everything great. Public rooms offer a fabulous combo of by gone days coupled with modern amenities. My room was on the fourth floor, so evesy in the roof. Creaky wood panelled lift doesn't do justice to the well appointed room. The gym in LG is exceptional, well done Kimpton 👏

We chose the Kimpton Clocktower due to it being ideally located opposite Oxford Road Station and the venue we were visiting, so from that perspective it was perfect. It can be noisy due to the proximity of the theatre and nightlife. I had booked, unknowingly, an unallocated room, which turned out to be an accessible one. I had noticed this a couple of days before arrival, and on emailing was told I could pay to upgrade. On checking in they suggested this had been a free upgrade due to my membership, but then backtracked when I pointed out I had paid and said I would not have been eligible for a free upgrade. There was a similar confusion on checkout when it turned out that someone else had charged room service to my room. This was removed, but I never received the email receipt as promised. The hotel has tons of character and we loved finding out about its history and features. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of several items and were slow to replace them. The room was large and comfortable with high quality towels and toiletries. We would stay here again.
