Big shout out to Ben on the night team 🙌 He went above and beyond – not only letting us in late with a smile, but also offering us a complimentary drink and sharing loads of helpful info about the hotel and the city. He honestly made us feel so welcome and valued. Girls trip away

A clean quiet hotel in a very great location if you’re new to Manchester. The staff is professional. The hotel is best for short work travels. Noticeably liked by Asians. I really Enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean hotel room, booked at short notice. Our double room was rather oddly upgraded to a double +1, but it was roomy and we appreciated the extra tea and coffee this brought! A good solid breakfast offering, though we can't comment on the other food as we didn't eat lunch or dinner here. The reception staff were great - friendly and efficient. Ideally placed for transport links and events at Central.

The receptionist was a really nice guy, he made me and my daughter feel welcome and safe. We stayed on the night of the Oasis gig so probably it was super busy for him, but he was so helpful and apologetic when the wrong room was given too us. He is a asset to your team. The room was clean and lovely and cool. The bathroom was a little grubby and the shower could do with an update (fixed no hose) but fine for a few nights visit. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Overall a great stay.

On arrival I paid for the room and asked for a VAT receipt and was told I would have to ask at check out. I got the impression the person I was speaking to couldn't be bothered. The rooms are looking very tired. There were spots of mould in the shower and bits of grout missing. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers didn't work and the temperature was not constant at all. The bar staff were miserable despite only being 6 people in the bar. On returning to the hotel that night, we were told we could not use the toilets and would have to go to our room. We had brought food back and were eating it in the lobby. The staff were quite rude about us asking to use the toilets. We were woken up by banging from the cleaners in the hall way at 07:30. At a little after 8 am she walked into our room!!! In 2025 I do not expect a cleaner to enter a room until you have checked out! All in all, I'm easily pleased but this hotel was really poor.
