Excellent stay although breakfast was a circus. Not enough staff to clean and reset tables. Please get an extra pair of hands at peak times. The hotel, perfect Staff lovely Location Excellent Thank you

Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to/from just about anything you would want to do in the city centre. Restaurant made my life easier due to the convenience. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)

Very conveniently located. Clean rooms, some are quite spacious and some are slightly smaller however, amenities are the same throughout. Special shoutout to night staff member Ben - top man. We spent the night relaxing in the lobby and Ben did not leave any stone unturned to make sure we were absolutely comfortable and well looked after. Over all really good hotel, but Ben made it super amazing

The bedrooms are clean and bright. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are helpful. The downside is that the bar/restaurant area is soulless. It reminded me of a school cafeteria. The menu is limited with fairly average fare. For a business trip it was fine. Location for the convention centre/ Deansgate was great.

We were in a superior deluxe room /Exec room on 5th floor. The room itself was lovely and ordinarily we would have been delighted - corner room with corner windows. HOWEVER, the position of the room was not good as it was the closest room to the tram station opposite. We experienced two terrible nights sleep, just so noisy. We were shattered when we got back home. We had a second room for our son, same floor but other end of the corridor (516) - he slept fine. So although we loved the central location of the hotel, I would not want the same room again (507). Would definitely ask for a room at the back of the hotel.
