June 2025Stayed overnight as was attending an event at the coop live , the rooms are lovely and spacious and they have everything you need including an iron and ironing board , the bathroom was amazing with bath and walk in shower and I loved the extra touches in the bathroom especially the huge light up mirror with a magnifying mirror built in , it’s perfect for oldies like me 🤣 . The management were so helpful , they couldn’t do enough for you and the breakfast buffet was amazing .. Well done to all the staff and thanks for an amazing stay .

June 2025We stayed here for 2 nights and from start to finish it was great. On Friday (6th) there were 2 members of staff checking people in - 1st off the woman who checked in the young family around 21:45 was exceptional. From the front desk, the team in the restaurant and anyone we met was polite and helpful. Location is really good and parking is ideal - On the pricey side mind you. Overall a great experience

June 2025Great hotel,close to the train station. The location at night I'd say,be aware and f you're a woman travelling alone get a taxi. In the day its fine. Very close to the taxi pull up entrance, so super handy. I checked in late, but had an upgrade to a beautiful exec room. Bath tub and separate shower,mini living area,robes....lovely!!! The hotel has a really nice lobby bar as well. I didn't have breakfast,but imagine from what I saw,it would be nice. Give it a whirl!!!

May 2025Room: Spacious and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was always clean. Bathroom: Large and spotless. The shower had plenty of space and consistently provided hot water. Breakfast Buffet: One of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve had—plenty of hot food options and ample seating. Staff: Friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and stored our bags when needed. Additional Amenities: Great gym facilities.

May 2025The rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. The location is ideal and most attractions are within walking distance or short taxi ride. The reason we have 3 stars for service was; when we checked in we not given any information on when and where breakfast was and the welcome could have been more pleasant. The reception staff need to improve on their customer service skills and overall welcoming guested to the hotel. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice to suit all needs.
